Longhorns struggle vs Sprayberry

Kell lost to Sprayberry Friday night falling behind in the first quarter and never being able to recover. Sprayberry started the game on a 15-3 run and never looked back. The injury bug has hit the Longhorns hard as Jules Myrtle and Max Stein were added to the injured list that already has Marlon Anthony on it. Kell travles to Deluth to face #7 Northview today at 5:30pm.

Longhorns sink archrival Lassiter to snap Losing Streak!!!

Terrence Slade hit a three with 8 seconds remaining and Lassister's last shot was called off giving Kell the win in a hostile environment Tuseday night. That snapped the Longhorns 4 game losing streak. In a game that went back in forth, the Trojans looked to have control of the game until Kell went on a run and finally took the lead on Slades three pointer. Kell looks to keep it going Friday night at Sprayberry.

Kell Falls to Sequoyah in Double OT

Kell lost a heart breaker in double overtime Tuesday night when Chris Brown missed a shot that would of sent the game into triple overtime. Sequoyah overcame a nine point deficit to tie the game at the end of regulation and took control of the game with their clutch free throw shooting. Kell was led by the outstanding play of Zach Barnett who had 21 points and 11 rebounds. Collin Mills and Max Stein had 16 and 14 points respectively for Kell as well. The Longhorns will be back in action this Saturday at home at 5:30pm against Walker.
